Janae Wheeler, Founder and CEO of Venus Valet Solutions, brings over a decade of experience in experiential marketing, community engagement, and event execution. With a background rooted in both creative strategy and operational excellence, Janae has led the production of hundreds of high-impact activations for public agencies, national brands, and commercial real estate developers.
Her leadership has driven the evolution of VVS Events & Marketing from a boutique staffing agency into a premier experiential division serving top-tier clients across the Mid-Atlantic. Through Venus Valet, Janae now expands that proven model into government contracting—bringing creativity, structure, and cultural insight to community-facing programs and public initiatives.
Janae is laser-focused on helping organizations connect with real people in real spaces. She is known for her attention to detail, collaborative spirit, and ability to deliver meaningful experiences that exceed expectations.
